Hazard Hunt is an interactive microLearning designed to engage learners in applying workplace safety skills in a realistic warehouse environment. The course leverages gamification elements to create a fun, hands-on experience where learners identify potential hazards in a simulated setting.

Built in Articulate Storyline, this microLearning incorporates layered interactions, custom triggers, and sound effects to enhance immersion and interactivity. Adobe Photoshop was used to visually highlight hazards when correctly selected, helping reinforce visual learning and real-world recognition skills. The design challenges learners to think critically and reinforces key safety concepts through exploration and immediate feedback.

The objectives of the course are:

• Evaluate a scene to identify common workplace hazards in a warehouse environment.

This microLearning video was for new employees to understand the different ways to solicit resident feedback. Palm Bay Apartment Complex prides itself on its resident retention rate. One of the ways they do this is by getting feedback from their residents. This microlearning video uses a variety of elements such as background music, a variety of scenes, zoom, scene and character transitions and voice over animation. 

The objective of this course Is:

• Identify ways to get feedback from residents.

This microLearning video was for new and current employees to understand the different features of the iWork app they would use during their employment with Indian Acres Swimming Club. The company needed this training because they felt they were utilizing too much time going over the housekeeping items during their orientation at the beginning of the summer. This microlearning video uses a variety of elements such as background music, pictures, videos, zoom and pan, transitions and animations. 

The objectives of the course are:

• Describe how to use the iWork app to support their employment at Indian Acres Swimming Club.
